Please note, most prices for Kerasoft products, DVD and videos are quoted in Canadian dollars. Your bank will automatically convert the amount of your order placed on your credit card to your home currency based on exchange rates for the day your order is processed. Some banks may charge a currency conversion fee for this service. On Canadian orders; for Ontario residents the 8% PST and 5% GST will be added. All other provinces will pay the 5% GST only. Orders to the U.S. and are exempted from both Canadian taxes. 

We use UPS standard parcel service unless otherwise advised, this usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery to arrive for US orders. Sorry we do not accept COD orders. For Canadian orders we also UPS standard service unless otherwise advised, this usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery to arrive. For the Greater Toronto Area, we offer very reasonable same day courier delivery.

We also ship world wide. International orders for outside of North America are exempt from any Canadian taxes as well, we usually ship by express airmail unless otherwise advised. Delivery times will vary depending on the country being shipped to.

Anyone placing an order is responsible for all shipping charges. Where applicable, any import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees or inspection fees associated with the import of any order are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees, or the amount of the fee that may be charged. Please check with your local government in advance. People ordering from overseas please also check your country's rules for imports. We do not charge any in house shipping or handling fees and we only charge the exact UPS fee or postage costs involved in shipping an order, we do not try to make money on shipping. Any returns must be approved in advance.
