Please note, most prices for Kerasoft Products, DVD and videos are quoted in Canadian dollars.  Your bank will automatically convert the amount of your order placed on your credit card to your home currency based on exchange rates for the day your order is processed.  Some banks may charge a currency conversion fee for this service.  On Canadian orders; for Ontario residents 13% HST will be added.  All other provinces will pay the 5% GST only.  All orders to the US are exempted from both Canadian taxes.

We use UPS standard Parcel service unless otherwise advised, this usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery to arrive for US orders.  We do not accept COD orders.  For Canadian orders we also use UPS standard service unless otherwise advised.    This usually takes 2-3 business days for the delivery to arrive.  For the Greater Toronto Area, we offer very reasonable same day courier delivery.

We also ship world wide. International orders for outside of North America are exempt from any Canadian taxes.  When shipping our Kerasoft Products, our preference is to send them by UPS because your package arrives faster and you are able to start using your products sooner.  In using Canada Post to send packages outside of Canada, and especially outside of North America, we have encountered alot of problems – packages getting lost or packages taking weeks and sometimes months to reach their final destination.  If you decide to have your Kerasoft products shipped using the postal service, you have to ASSUME ALL RISKS. You can email us for your tracking number and confirm your order and address.

Shipping charges are charged to all orders. Where applicable, any import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees or inspection fees associated with the import of any order are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed for these fees, or the amount of the fee that may be charged. Please check with your local government agency in advance. If you are ordering from overseas please also check your countries rules for imports. We do not charge any in house shipping or handling fees. We only charge the exact UPS fee or postage costs involved in shipping an order. Any returns must be approved by the salon in advance.

Our UPS packing and delivery schedule is Tuesdays through Fridays. UPS does not normally pick up or deliver on weekends. We do process and pack for UPS daily, packages are picked up by UPS usually by 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

Delivery times will vary depending on the country being shipped to.
