This client has been coming to us since she was a child. The client did not have tight braids or extensions, resulting in no papilla, follicle or cuticle damage.
The beauty of this hair type is rarely seen or appreciated as many times hair with this natural texture is usually covered with extensions or gets over-processed and usually does not get to realize its real growth potential. This highly textured hair type is usually baby fine and fragile. We use a low heat irons and never blowdry with too hot a heat setting. |

One of Canada's top models/actresses has soft highly textured, baby fine hair. She has thin density from years of tension styles and chemical abuse. It has been almost two years since we started her texture and have been slowly cutting off her bone-straight relaxer.
When styling her hair we either roller set or do a Wash & Wear look, since her hair is quite heat sensitive. This client's hair is like a fine silk blouse. We are very gentle when handling her hair when wet and we use low heat when blow drying and ironing. |
